Yellow Frogs (YF) are used in dirty conditions where the oxygen is consumed rapidly by aerobes. The YF was developed to increase the oxygen transfer rate (OTR) to allow for nitrification / de-nitrification in lagoons

YF keeps the air pressure essentially constant everywhere. The YF has 124’ of aeration hose inside a Blue Frog™ chassis and adds 104 ft/ minute of air. The bubbles are > 1 micron.
