Watson said tests show the city is well within its permitted limits for pollutants and the system won’t reach its peak performance until its gone through three 28-day cycles. City officials said they’ve heard from other cities who want to tour the plant and see the system work. The Georgia Environmental Protection Division also plans to do a study on the system.
