Absolute Aeration, LLC creators of Blue Frog™ Technology is a privately owned and operated company based in Greeley, Colorado. Our Blue Frog™ Technology provides affordable technology that represents a paradigm shift in wastewater treatment.
Our organization is growing in several states within the US and we are in need of dynamic Regional Sales Managers with the proven ability to articulate technology to potential clients and nontechnical users. Candidates must be self-motivated communicators possessing strong presentation skills and the ability to secure new business.
Candidate is organized and will serve as the primary business contact for customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
Meets the following job requirements:
- Identify new business to generate ongoing sales.
- Develop a customer base necessary to meet all sales forecasts and budgets.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
- Represent customer needs and goals in order to ensure quality customer service.
- Excellent communication skills to provide strong representation on behalf of Absolute Aeration, LLC and to set proper customer expectations.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and is an effective manager of both time and multiple responsibilities.
- Perform tasks with minimum supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in securing new sales.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Some travel within a given territory.
Computer Requirements:
- Excel, Power Point, Word.
- AutoCADD, HydroCad - helpful but not required.
