The cornerstone of our patented system

Blue Frog™ (BF) functions as the base unit of the system. BF is an efficient mixer and passive aerator that provides up to 7mm gallons per day flows and has the ability to layer treated water utilizing only 3 HP.

The reason for the efficiencies is that it does not lift any water up; it moves the water horizontally in the lagoon or pond. In a typical treatment system, this movement keeps the food and microbes in intimate contact.

BF, using the standard propeller, can run clockwise or counter clockwise, depending on the requirements.

At 480V the 3 hp motor has a rated amp draw of 4.5. Actual amperage draw with standard propeller is 3.5, or with the new, auger-type propeller, only 1.8.
